Description
TYPE: Horizontal intermittent cartoning machine, designed to place products into cartons, with automatic carton opening, forming and closing during the cycle.
KEY FEATURES:The CAM AV 65 is a semi-automatic horizontal cartoner, designed for secondary packaging in cartons with manual product insertion by the operator.
The machine automatically performs carton opening, forming and closing operations.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
CARTON SIZE RANGE: Width from approx. 15 mm to 110 mm; Depth from approx. 15 mm to 70 mm; Length from approx. 50 mm up to 180 mm.
All parts in contact with the carton have been Teflon-coated, to improve carton sliding and reduce friction and wear.
The machine is fitted with polycarbonate safety guards on the main moving areas, except for the manual product loading area, which must remain accessible to the operator.

PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS: Production speed ranges from 10 up to approx. 60 cartons per minute, depending on product, carton size and operator handling.
