TYPE: High-output automatic rotary blowing and suction machine for preliminary bottle cleaning.
KEY FEATURES: The machine is designed for automated packaging lines, ensuring impeccable internal cleaning of bottles by blowing pressurized air followed by the suction of particles and foreign bodies. The main frame and panels are entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. The system features a multi-station vertical blowing unit with stainless steel nozzles and polyzene holders tailored to the specific container format. Safety is ensured by an aluminum cabin with transparent polycarbonate doors and safety micro-switches, along with an AISI 304 stainless steel electrical cabinet (IP55 protection) compliant with EC Machinery Directives.
