The process integrates capsule feeding and orientation, body/cap separation through vacuum system, product dosing, closing and automatic discharge of finished capsules. The robust construction and simple mechanical design ensure operational reliability and easy cleaning and maintenance. Excellent platform for overhaul and control system retrofit.
