TYPE: Heated stainless steel process vessel with agitator and disperser. Designed for dispersion operations and agglomerate breakdown, it allows controlled processing cycles thanks to vessel temperature management and adjustable agitation speed.
KEY FEATURES: Stainless steel vessel equipped with a main agitator and a dedicated high-shear disperser, ideal for fast and uniform dispersion of ingredients. Heating jacket for process temperature control. Stainless steel control panel with digital temperature controller, heating/cooling selection, separate controls for agitator and disperser, agitation speed adjustment, and integrated safety devices. Machine mounted on a self-supporting frame.
