TYPE: Used automatic linear labeling machine.
KEY FEATURES: Etipack automatic linear labeling system designed to apply self-adhesive labels on cylindrical, elliptical, or flat products. The machine includes a conveyor belt, plexiglass perimeter safety guards with safety microswitches, a front electronic control panel to manage working parameters, and an adjustable labeling head for quick and precise format change. The main structure is entirely made of stainless steel with adjustable support feet. Electrical consumption is 1300 W or less. The maximum paper passage width for label height is 130 mm, and the conveyor belt width is 110 mm.
TECHNICAL FEATURES: The system handles cylindrical products with diameters from 18 mm to 80 mm and heights between 45 mm and 200 mm. Label length ranges from 20 mm to 240 mm. Label dispensing speed is electronically adjustable from the front panel up to 30 meters per minute. The label roll can have a maximum external diameter of 380 mm and an internal core diameter between 40 mm and 75 mm. The machine integrates a photocell for label stop on silicon paper and a product photocell for electronic control of the labeling start.
PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS: The standard production speed ranges from 50 to 200 pieces per minute, depending on bottle size and label length.
