Description
TYPE: This monoblock is an optimal solution for automating the filling and capping process while maintaining compact dimensions and high flexibility. It is designed to handle liquid, semi-dense and dense products in glass or plastic bottles.
KEY FEATURES: The monoblock is available in both a basic version, with manual cap loading onto the conveyor belt, and a fully automatic version, equipped with rotary feeding and accumulation tables and a vibrating cap sorter for automatic cap orientation and feeding.
It features a dedicated touch-screen control panel for recipe management, speed adjustment, cleaning cycle activation and control of main operating functions.
The system can be configured for digital interconnection with the company IT network.

Bottles dimensions: Width up to 110 mm; Height up to 350 mm.
Caps handled: Twist-off and screw caps up to ø 90 mm
Base machine dimensions: mm 2000 x 600 x 1785 h
Complete line dimensions: mm 2800 x 1700 x 1785 h
PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS: Up to 2,100 pcs/h for the complete line and up to 900 pcs/h for the base configuration.
