Description
TYPE: Tabletop visual inspection machine for bottles, designed to detect particles, cosmetic defects of the glass and filling anomalies through controlled rotation and dedicated lighting.
KEY FEATURES: Compact bench-top machine. The system uses rotating rollers and concentrated lighting to highlight particles and internal defects by means of the Tyndall effect. In its standard configuration, inspection is visually assisted by the operator; however, the machine is prepared for an upgrade with an automatic vision system (industrial camera and analysis software), allowing the transition from manual control to fully traceable automatic inspection.
