TYPE: Automatic visual inspection machine for pre-filled vials, designed to detect particles, cosmetic defects of the glass and filling anomalies before the final packaging stages.
KEY FEATURES: High-productivity inspection machine designed to operate after filling, providing a reliable quality filter before labeling and packaging. The system combines controlled handling of the ampoules, dedicated rotation and optimized lighting to enable a complete optical evaluation. The machine automatically separates compliant units from non-compliant ones, reducing the risk of late-stage rejects and improving in-line defect traceability.
