TYPE: Automatic in-line inspection machine for visual control of vials, designed to check cosmetic defects and particles using a vision system with automatic rejection of non-conforming units.
KEY FEATURES: Automatic inspection machine with linear conveyor and visual inspection stations. Dedicated lighting and cameras for real-time analysis of glass integrity, presence of particles and surface defects. Automatic reject unit to separate non-conforming vials and count accepted/rejected units. HMI operator interface for recipe management, inspection settings and traceability.
