TYPE: Integrated packaging line consisting of an independent volumetric dosing unit and a capping station.
KEY FEATURES: This solution combines the START dosing version and the CAPPING version, creating the ideal setup for small laboratories or startups with moderate hourly production needs. The system integrates the filling and capping of liquid, semi-dense, and dense products in a single compact footprint. It is specifically designed to minimize space requirements and facilitate quick format changeover operations. The process includes manual container loading onto a rotating table, automatic conveyance to the stainless steel dosing station—capable of handling products up to 120°C—and a final pneumatic capping phase.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Loading Rotary Table: Ø 1,000 mm (Standard) or Ø 1,200 mm (Special application).
Dosing System: Volumetric doser made of stainless steel with a 30 lt conical hopper option.
Capping Group: Pneumatic or electro-pneumatic capping head with polycarbonate safety guards.
Adjustments: Height adjustment via numerical handwheel.
Discharge: Standard accumulation tray (400×400 mm) or optional rotary table (up to Ø 1,000 mm).
Dimensions: Width 1,947 mm, Depth 1,270 mm, Height 1,316 mm.
Dosing Range Options: 0-38 ml, 2-100 ml, 5-380 ml, 20-680 ml, 50-1,300 ml.
Container Limits: Width up to 200 mm, Height up to 350 mm.
