Description
TYPE: Coating system for tablets and micro-pellets, designed for film coating and sugar coating processes. The machine uses a non-perforated coating pan with immersed baffles and a directed air-flow system, ensuring uniform coating, controlled drying and gentle handling of the product.
KEY FEATURES: The system is built around a non-perforated coating pan with immersed baffles, which ensures uniform mixing of the tablet bed. The directed air-flow system is designed to channel air directly into the core of the product, providing fast and even drying of the coating layer and consistent final quality. The machine is equipped with a multi-gun spray system mounted on a sliding support, which is easy to adjust and remove, simplifying set-up, cleaning and maintenance between batches. The system allows integrated control of the main process parameters (pan rotation speed, air temperature and air flow, as well as spray flow rate). The machine is suitable for both aqueous film coating and sugar coating.
