Description
TYPE: Coating system for tablets and micro-pellets, designed for film coating and sugar coating processes. The machine is based on a non-perforated pan with immersed baffles and a directed air-flow system, allowing uniform coating, controlled drying and gentle handling of the product during the process.
KEY FEATURES: The system is based on a non-perforated solid pan, which ensures uniform mixing of the product and regular coating distribution. The machine integrates an advanced process ventilation system (air inlet and exhaust), with the possibility of customized air treatment, making it suitable also for products sensitive to humidity and temperature. A spray system is included to improve coating uniformity.
