START&CAPPING<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

was born from the union of the START version and<\/span><\/p>\n

the CAPPING version and represents the ideal solution for small<\/span><\/p>\n

laboratories, which do not have large needs in terms of<\/span><\/p>\n

hourly production but which intend to combine the dosing and capping<\/span><\/p>\n

of liquid, semi-dense and dense products in a single system, with<\/span><\/p>\n

different formats.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is designed to reduce overall dimensions to a minimum and to<\/span><\/p>\n

facilitate format change operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FUNCTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The container is loaded manually by the operator into the appropriate<\/span><\/p>\n

loading section of the rotary table which is supplied with a diameter of<\/span><\/p>\n

1,000 mm in the standard version and with a diameter of 1,200 mm in<\/span><\/p>\n

the special application. The direction of rotation of the table allows the<\/span><\/p>\n

automatic conveyance of the container into the dosing station via<\/span><\/p>\n

special gates and detection sensors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dosing station is equipped with a volumetric dispenser made of<\/span><\/p>\n

stainless steel and capable of managing the filling of a variety of<\/span><\/p>\n

products even at temperatures up to 120°.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is also possible to provide a conical hopper for loading products up<\/span><\/p>\n

to 30 litres. In the unloading section, the container filled with the<\/span><\/p>\n

product is conveyed to the transport belt where the operator manually<\/span><\/p>\n

places the cap before entering the capping station.<\/span><\/p>\n

The capping unit, covered by polycarbonate protections, is composed<\/span><\/p>\n

of sensors and opening and closing gates and a pneumatic or electropneumatic<\/span><\/p>\n

capping head adjustable in height using a numerical<\/span><\/p>\n

handwheel.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the line there is a 400×400 mm accumulation tray in the<\/span><\/p>\n

standard version or a rotating table which can be supplied in different<\/span><\/p>\n

sizes.<\/span><\/p>\n
