BUCKET LINE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

represents the ideal solution for<\/span><\/p>\n

the dosing and capping automation process in cases where there is a<\/span><\/p>\n

need to fill buckets. It is suitable for handling liquid, semi-dense or<\/span><\/p>\n

dense products in glass and plastic jars with wide application in the<\/span><\/p>\n

food, cosmetic and chemical sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FUNCTIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the line, it is possible to foresee the insertion of an<\/span><\/p>\n

automatic destacker to automate the bucket loading operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dosing station with specific pumps chosen based on the product,<\/span><\/p>\n

temperature and dosing range, are integrated into an automatic<\/span><\/p>\n

weighing system with belt and scale.<\/span><\/p>\n

The capping station can be semi-automatic, with the lid being placed<\/span><\/p>\n

by the operator, or completely automatic using a system of placing and<\/span><\/p>\n

applying with a suction cup tipper.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the line, the lid pressing station closes the pressure<\/span><\/p>\n

container with an adjustable plate and special locking pliers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system can be supplied with a single or multi-head dosing unit and<\/span><\/p>\n

include the addition of a loading and capping station.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the line, it is possible to add as an option a labelling system<\/span><\/p>\n

with batch printing, curved accumulation belts, a heat-sealing station or<\/span><\/p>\n

other components suitable for completing the packaging cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n
