START & CAPPING

START&CAPPING

was born from the union of the START version and

the CAPPING version and represents the ideal solution for small

laboratories, which do not have large needs in terms of

hourly production but which intend to combine the dosing and capping

of liquid, semi-dense and dense products in a single system, with

different formats.

It is designed to reduce overall dimensions to a minimum and to

facilitate format change operations.

FUNCTIONS

The container is loaded manually by the operator into the appropriate

loading section of the rotary table which is supplied with a diameter of

1,000 mm in the standard version and with a diameter of 1,200 mm in

the special application. The direction of rotation of the table allows the

automatic conveyance of the container into the dosing station via

special gates and detection sensors.

The dosing station is equipped with a volumetric dispenser made of

stainless steel and capable of managing the filling of a variety of

products even at temperatures up to 120°.

It is also possible to provide a conical hopper for loading products up

to 30 litres. In the unloading section, the container filled with the

product is conveyed to the transport belt where the operator manually

places the cap before entering the capping station.

The capping unit, covered by polycarbonate protections, is composed

of sensors and opening and closing gates and a pneumatic or electropneumatic

capping head adjustable in height using a numerical

handwheel.

At the end of the line there is a 400x400 mm accumulation tray in the

standard version or a rotating table which can be supplied in different

sizes.
